Lauren J. Barnhart’s short stories and poems have been published in Jersey Devil Press and Monkey Bicycle. Currently, she is writing a book on the history of religion and conquest. Lauren is also an artist who mainly paints abstract works in oil, examining the process of time within life, death, and regeneration.
